About Me

As an accomplished leader, coach, and mentor, I have built high performance teams through the guiding principles of compassion in the workplace. I have managed large complex IT programs with a focus on quality assurance from inception to delivery, upwards to a $34M portfolio. I am uniquely specialized in analyzing, designing and implementing successful process models for meaningful cost savings, favorable business partner satisfaction and quality rates (94-97%). I have a proven track record building authentic, valuable partnerships across business organizations, IT and vendors and skilled in monitoring metric goals and establishing controls for continued improvement. I am a highly effective communicator and trainer for both large (1,000+ attendees) and small scale, known for an authentic no-nonsense approach.
